We want you to feel confident in your purchase at ChronoZone. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy.
Returns
You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
- The watch must be unused.
- It must be in its original condition.
- All original packaging and accessories must be returned.
Once your return is approved and received, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The item shows signs of wear or damage.
- The return is requested after 7 days.
- The product is damaged due to misuse.
How to start a return

- Your order number.
- Reason for return.
Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed after inspection.
- Processing time may be 3 to 5 business days after approval.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your order and place a new one.
